Question:Has anyone tried to use non dairy, nut-milk (almond milk) instead of regular milk in this machine with success?
Answer:Yes. We use Silk Almond/Cashew Milk and it works wonderfully!

Question:This broke after 6 months. is there any support?
Answer:Yes. Mine developed a severe problem (knob on front of frother would not turn) and I was sent a complete new machine with an improved knob design. I called and got through without much difficulty. They shipped a new machine the same day they got my tracking number and knew my old machine was on the way to them.

Question:If you fill the milk reservoir to “Max” and turn the unit on to Latte, will the machine use all of the milk in the reservoir or a programmed amount?
Answer:It’s a programmed amount. You always have milk for more lattes unless you use the manual feature.
